WHat LTV can I go to on a FHA JUMBO R/T? I believe C/O is 85% ...correct?

Maximum LTV's
Purchase (1-4 Family): 97.75%
Rate/Term Refinance (1-4 Family): 97.75%
Cash-out Refinance (1-2 Family): 95%
Cash-out Refinance (3-4 Family): 85%

nope you just need a certain score with most lenders to do the 417k=> loans or a DU Approve Eligible findings

Sorry, HUD limits the Jumbos to cash out 85%
