Please remember that turn times will vary with each individual file as every client has different needs. How long and how much depend on the client. Asking how long it takes and how much it will increase as a general statement is the same as a client calling you and asking what the rate is without giving you any information on themselves.
Typically the scores will raise substantially in the first 30 days. It will never be any sooner except in the case where the client has a lot of Rapid Rescoring (Revolving accounts that they can pay down). These take 5-7 days and each time you send me a report I will give you the estimated time frame. Below are a breakdown of the packages. Please read them carefully so that there is no confusion as to what program entails what.

Please call me if you have any questions. I look forward to helping you get back to great credit.

That's something else... I know almost nothing about your business but you can get court judgements and foreclosures off of a credit report?

That's gotta be huge for an originator with a problem client.

Thats what we do and thats the whole point. Why turn a possible client away just because they have bad credit? We specialize in raising credit scores so that borrowers can not only get into loans but qualify for better loans. These new payment plans were just released today. Making it incredibly affordable and allowing the client to cancell after a month or 2 when they have the scores they need.

Alina: Vicki just re-faxed everything over to you. It cost her another $34 to do so, so please confirm that you received everything and what the next step is. Thanks.

2 of the reports are missing pages and it looks as if she tried faxing a couple different ties as I got multiples of the same pages. She called me this morning and I gave her my fax that sits on my desk. I can go through two of the reports and give you an update later today on the changes. :) Dont worry about refaxing. In the future lets just have her mail them directly to me that way it's cheaper for her and we get all the pages.

In the future lets just have her mail them, it will be cheaper for her.

Ok thanks Alina....should I just have her mail everything to you just to make sure you have everything you need? I could send that out for her tomorrow from my office. Or, let me know what pages you are missing and I will fax them from my office tomorrow. Thanks.

If you had the HTDI Tracker system you would. And your client would be automatically emailed as a reminder to contact you about her overdue results.

The HTDI Tracker is essential for the success of any credit repair company.

Dominic,
I said if she faxes something AND IT DOESNT COME THROUGH then we have no way of knowing she even sent anything unless she calls us and lets us know. All faxes are received by a computer unless I specify my desk fax. We don’t offer a tracking system because It's not cost effective in keeping the cost down for our clients and we believe in person to person contact. We both know that a lot of our clients have to go somewhere to send a fax, so by the time they get home and check to see if you guys received it via your tracking system, if it hasn’t been uploaded or if it didn’t go through then the client is in the same position…. It’s simply just easier to make a phone call. Plus a lot of my clients are Spanish speaking and or have little or no computer skills. Although I think that a tracking system is a great asset, I don’t believe it's the best idea for the type of hands on customer service WE are trying to achieve. It seems as though your system works good for you. Ours works good for us. Dominic, how come you don’t start your own thread? (not being negative) I just wonder how come I never see any of your info on a thread unless it's someone else’s. You should advertise a bit more. These threads are very effective in getting your information and products out to brokers. It seems the entire world is in need of credit repair so it's not like we need to push and shove each other for business.... Despite the fact that the credit repair industry is being saturated with every moron who thinks credit repair means you send out a bunch of disputes…. There are still great companies out there. I do believe there are a few of those companies here on BO. We all offer different services at different prices and You will agree that business is good because when you perform, your brokers come back and your clients refer their friends and family.
Have a great day Dominic!

But you should get your company on the HTDI Tracker system.

I'll go and josh around with Sam. He knows how to have fun

I'm not serious Dominic. I'm having a great day! I'm in Hawaii, it's sunny and beautiful outside and my Fiance and I just recently found out we are expecting our first Child. A little surprise but a fabulous one!
Thats what I dont like these threads.. without the tone in peoples voices or a visual of their face, so many things are taken out of context. Same goes for e-mail and text messaging. I was not even slightly offended by anything you said. Nor was I repying back in such a manner... I meant my entire response to be friendly and possitive. I think you mis judge me and thats okay....

I keep putting off my vacation to Hawaii cause I'm a workaholic. So I just keep planting palm trees in my backyard.

Sounds reasonable enough, I'll pass this info along to the decision maker and see what transpires. It wont make my life much easier, as I deal with mostly Spanish speaking clients but the over all company could benefit from this. Thank you for your time Dominic.
