Citi killed my deal so my clients only option is to go Hard Money, Any Ideas? Full Doc plus 30% down payment was not going to leave anything for the rehab..YEAH RIGHT.
Purchase Price: 585,000
Rehab Portion: 175,000
ARV: 60%
Buyer can put up to 15% down (over total costs purchase and rehab)
