R/T Refi $486,000 loan amount 90%ltv SFR O/O 720+ Ficos 30 year fixed Full Doc or stated
Need high DTI limits or Interest Only
Any ideas? |

| I would go to First Horizon. You can probably get a rate in the high 5s on a 30 year fixed or low 5s on a 5/1. Their DTI is 45% though; there is no more stated on conforming jumbo. The only way to go stated is to use a non-conforming product and your rates go into the high 7s and low 8s at that point. |
