LOAN AMOUNT &783,750
San Bernardino County, Alta Loma
DTI is about 35%
Husband Mid Fico 689 Wife Mid Fico is 739
Would like a price on ALL loans if Avail especially these.

I dont think this will be happening espicially in Alta Loma. I have a 90% purchase with 740 ficos 12 months reserves in Orange County, and wont be able to get it funded!
