Try Emigrant at https://www.emigrantmortgage.com/ They should be able to do that loan with those attributes. The rate probably wont be pretty.

| If they can do GA you would be looking at 8.375 paying 1.5. They just backed out of MD so if anyone can help me find another NO DOC lender that would be great 43.14 LTV |

| do the assets pay an annuity that could be considered income?? pretty pertinent question to ask i think. you have other compensating factors that should be presented for a manual underwrite...most likely this is a retail loan. |
