Anyone know what MI company will insure and end loan based on Final appraised value?
I have the construction lender figured out. I need the end loan financing to be based off that apprasied value and I need to find the MI company that will Insure the loan. |

Doesn't your Lender already have that worked-out?
Ask them who they use & if it will work, or, who else can they use for the M.I.....you shouldn't have to go looking. |

I am going looking because the 1 company that the AE is talking about is MGIC and they will only insure based on cost not on final appraised value.
Bottom line in this business (at this time) if you wait for the answer to come to you, go work somewhere else. I am looking for the answer myself. |
