Mass, SFR, Owner, Barnstable County
S/E 20 years, tons of assets, hasn't files as in middle of dicorce which is why going stated.
1) 450k R/t at 70% 2) C/out to 75% 487k
Any help would be appreciated. |

| You cant go stated on a confumbo but I have heard recently that if you run it LP you can get an income waiver. |

I think it's manual UW for both FNMA and FHLMC |

| it is a manual for both, you pull an a/i for loan amount and then its a manual for all other purposes. |

| CWBC and CITI show pricing for it - although Citis was best at liek 7.8% on a 30 IO - not bad considering CWBC was 8.6 at par. |
