Hello looking for options on new construction home in Chino Hills, CA. Home is sfr 1,104,000 purchase price
borrower putting 20-25% down as required
remaining funds in brokerage account $1,900,000
ficos in the low 700's
one borrower is wager earner, other is commissioned sales
Seeking 5/1 interest only loan
will buydown rate and pay points for lower interest rate
this is a quick close, within 30 days

If you are trying to go conventional, I would give Flagstar a try. I can do it hard money, but they will have to be a max 70% LTC and 65% ARV.
