There are many reasons to meet with prospects face to face when possible. That said, in many cases it's either not practical or convenient.
In cases like those using desktop sharing software can help you make live "virtual" presentations and allow you to show you guests anything you can see on your computer's desktop.
With desktop sharing software you can show you prospects GFE's, mortgage presentations, rate sheets or anything else you might find helpful to close a sale.
There are many fine desktop sharing products out there. GoToMeeting, WebEx, Lenders Insight and the one we offer, WebMeeting123, are all fine products and can help you leverage your time by allowing you to meet with more people on a daily basis.
With the price of gas being what it is, and with all the concern about global warming, now is an excellent time for you to begin making virtual presentations to your clients and prospects.
By making "virtual" presentations you save time, money and expand your service area to anywhere you can reach by phone.
We are clearly at a turning point in our industry. It is my firm conviction that those who embrace technology and change will be those that survive and thrive in this environment.

Sloans give the guy a break, he invented the best software to present loans to clients that exists by far!
He sells it for less than half of his closest competition, all of whom are left in the last century.
Because most LO's are broke or are still thinking backwards he is resorting to the simple fact that A- gas is 4 bucks a gallon B- it's usually a pain in the ass and cuts your potential client pool down by 75% if you have to drive to see them or have them come in to see you. C- If you can show loan examples to someone over the computer, they feel they are more actively involved in the choice and they don't beat you up on fees and ysp D-75% of all loans originate on the Internet and if you can service them from anywhere you get more business. E-His software changes the way we all are doing business and maybe that's what we should be discussing in this post.
One last point, just by using his software 99% of all LO's will learn how to do their jobs better.
Granted when a guy has a breakthough product it should be in announcment section. But, lets be realistic people come to the training section to learn. If that means learning about the availability of new software that changes the way loans are sold...
That's a good thing.

Rita,
Hi. You can purchase WebMeeting123 for just $23/mo if purchased on a month to month basis and for just $19/mo if paid annually. That is about half of the price of WebEx, GoToMeeting or Lenders Insight, all fine products by the way.
You can learn more on our website at www.WebMeeting123.com
With gas at $4 a gallon using software to conduct your meetings over the web is the way of the future for LOs. As a matter of fact, I believe that the combo of desktop sharing software, interactive mortgage presentation software and digital signature software is the platform for the 21st Century LO.
Regards,
Mitchell |
