I have a Fannie DO Approve/Ineligible with the only reason being Loan Amount. He had a Chapter 13 BK 2 years ago, but Fannie does not care. Its a Full Doc R/T Refi into a 30y Fix from an Arm

LA:944,000
LTV: 80%
Fico: 670
B DTI: 20%

If any one knows of a lender that would look at this deal, please advise.
