Does anyone know of a Private Money lender that will lend on SFR in CA under 2 Pts with approximately 65% LTV for a purchase?

Do you know of a Mercedes dealership that will sell me a Black 2009 Mercedes Benz E350 for $7164.33?

Any landlord in Sausalito, CA who might charge me $315 rent instead of $4000?

Any rep at Saks Fifth Ave who might sell me that Breitling diamond studded watch for $67 instead of the usual $14,000?

Kindly let me know if you find that 'elusive' hard money lender who might lend at under 2% and I will bombard him with all the loans that come to my investment fund? If it works out then I might just include him into our next Private Offering Memorandum....

Private or Hard is going to cost more than 2 points.
What are the details in the scenario?
