| I believe CITI and HSBC still does those, but HSBC will not allow you to make ysp. Also try M&I Mortgage |

| Depends on LTV. Try HSBC and CITI. I just closed one with CITI last month. Then again the way things change they could not have the product anymore |

| Fifth Third does one day off MLS. Also are you talking about one day off because it was just bought or one day off because they couldn't sell it. If they couldn't sell it and want to refi you can do it FHA. Just make sure your appraisal looks really good and totally justifies why the value may be more or less than it was listed for. |
