I sell modular homes in NC and am looking for a commercial line of credit for construction and I want to help my customers pay off debt so they can afford my homes and they walk away with a better deal.Anyone have any ideas comments about how to do this what to look out for or any private or commercial hard money lenders????

There is a better way to do this than a commercial line of credit.

You need to buy memberships in the biggest trade association of property owners from the folks looking to buy your homes.

This let's them earn the money they need to not only pay off their debts, but also the down payment as well.

You want to check out http://www.TheDownPaymentGuyNetwork.com and give them a call ask to speak to Marlo at 877-374-8941

Not sure if USDA does modulars but check out the Rural programs in your area and make sure the locations are OK to loan on. I use Chase
good luck
