| I'm a Southern California (High Desert) broker looking for a place to hang 203K loans. I've never written one but I'm being asked by my agents about the program. We are direct endorsed but have not had the need or desire in the past to offer 203K. I'd appreciate knowing which lenders are offering 203K and also for any tips or advice about handling them. |

not very many companies do them the new 203k streamline is a good product, I am in Lancaster AV Mortgage, a friend of mine can help you.
