This property in Hawaii is occupied by our client. It is worth approximately 2 million. He owes 990,000 on it, and needs 430,000 to buy his partner out of another property. (990 + 430 is 71 LTV).
Since he is a business owner, he needs to go SIVA. He has reserves and a 740 mid-FICO.

Where can I place this loan? We are licensed in CA and HI.
