| i have a client to which I want to do a 1st & provide them a 2nd to 90%. The first loan amount would be $528k and 2nd loan amount would be $66k it is full documentation 790 fico score.....anyone would?? |

Well I could offer you both but would have to split it to a $417K 1st and remainder on the 2nd.
