Hey guys. I have a Borrower that needs to refinance some bare land in Washington state. Loan amount $690,000. Worth about $1.4 million. Will be subdividing into 21 separate .5 acre lots for a subdivision 45 minutes south of Seattle.
I will forward the Exec. Summ. and everything else needed to whoever can do this in 20 days at 10%. Is that still possible? Also, same guy has a $3 million construction deal he needs to finance as soon as we close the land deal (separate projects). You kick butt on the first one and I'll send the second one your way around June 10th. Two for the price of one!

| I have a lender that may be interested in that, They offer rates between 9%-13%, Lower lender fees, If you are interested contact me at tyjoconsulting@gmail.com. I also work with 17 other funds that I can check as well if you like, I get answer within 24-48 hours. As far as closing, If it is a full package then you time frame seems very doable. |
