I remember the " good old day " , when you actually pre qualified a client and built relationships with your AE rep , then the boom happened and a bunch of snot nose beer bong partying kids got in the business and things went downhill
A quick fix would be to ban every pre 2001 one LO and broker , I know its not possible but boy would it be great |

| YOu don't need to ban them, most of the bad ones will be gone if they are not already. The system takes care of itself. |

So you are saying no one, absolutely none of them, who got in to the business post 2001 are good at their job?
I have to disagree I know pleanty of good LO's, Brokers and AE's who got in to the biz post 2001, unfortunatly I know more who are scum sucking ______ or 'tards.

so i assume that you chose 2001 because you came into the business in that year?
some of the slimiest people in this business to this day are the 'old guys' who know how to get around the system.....
either way, i'm safe... been 'here' since 1999 and am not slimey (unless i've been out fishing and haven't showered)....

Not a fan of the Beer Bong...but I love Beer Pong. Wonder where I picked that hobby up? Oh yeah...College.

Funny. Just schooled a very large net branch provider to the use of "smart documents" for loan compliance this morning.
Are you feeling old? I have a birthday coming up this summer. Every time I think of the number it makes me a little bitter towards the "Babys" in the office. But, then I chill out and realize they are the next generation and I need to teach them as much as possible so they advance the industry in due time...guess I'm just progressive like that.

I think we need to ban everyone who can't use computers. Sometimes I work with Realtors and they don't use email.
My reaction in my head is "WOWWWWW". |
