Who does more than 10 mortgaged properties. I'm doing this guy's 11th house. He is full doc, 780 fico, n/o/o, property in OR. 80% rate/term from private money loan used to construct house. That's based on appraised value, if you need to use acquisition cost, thats okay, let me know.

If this is an investment property then you have to stay away from fannie/freddie.

Wachovia and Amtrust will do it in their portfolio. However, the rates and max ltv are not that great.

As far as I know, Wachovia can do 10+ but must be full doc. Since you are full doc, your golden.

Also give Washington Federal a call. They have no limit on properties, but are at 75% ltv on NOO www.washingtonfederal.com

Home Savings of America have a portfolio product that goes over 10 properties

Also, I was reading mortgageclose.com has an unlimited financed program
