Hi,
please refer me to lenders that can do this as a 1st and 2nd or as 1 loan. I am looking for a 5/1 IO or anyhting similar...DU finding was for a 1st and 2nd.

Hey I can help you with that. Only thing is that the first must be a 30yr fixed or 40yr fixed. Oh and the 1st needs to be $417K

FHA all day long with this or you can do conventional with any lender and get us bank to do the second

Thanks but the dti is too high for FHA, i am already sending it to Greystone but I just wanted to see if there were other options. |
