I have a loan amount of 640-675k, with a value of 1.7 mil. The good news stops there as the credit score is 555, with mtg lates. Can't go full doc either. Is this a doable refinance? Thanks.

Thats a tough one maybe Emmigrant. It all depends on the state, if not them then maybe hard money
