I've been searching and searching for a SIVA Lender and oh how the world has changed in a week.
Scenario:
Appraised Value: 460,000.00
Loan Amount: 368,000.00
Cash Out- 100,000.00
LTV: 80%
Stated (W2 Borrower)
Primary Residence
Credit Score 680
Property is Located in Florida
Borrower purchased property in January of 2008
and has put 80k into the property remodeling. |
