I used to use Indymac as my go-to bank, but the last few months they have been out of it. about 2 weeks ago I noticed they started approving some loans that they wouldn't have a couple of months ago so I filled up the pipeline. As they are starting to close I am realizing that this is not the same Indy, They are really slow now, almost cost me a loan this week because it is taking them so long to get doc's out.
Anyway I have seen some people talk about Suntrust, what is their website? Who else is strong that you guys are using. |

Amtrust is very quick and you pull your own closing docs which can shave 1-2 days off the process. I usually close my refi's the same day underwriting gives me a C2C.
