I have investors all over Ca that would look at it. One is in Beverly Hills who moves very quick. Email at tyjoconsulting@gmail.com and we can set up a time to speak about this further.

Hey Dmitri,

I think I have already seen this loan, its WOOD. I checked a couple of hard money lenders and they had ALL seen the deal. It is possibly doable as ONE LOAN paying off first with cashout. But NOBODY will do just a 2nd.

I believe the client turned this option down. Dont waste your time.

Hi Kyle. His last name is not Wood. I have a lender but it is very expensive. They want 16% and 10 points. Trying to find a bit cheaper.

Hi Dmitri -
It is possible that I have a private money lender that might take down the first and second together @ 60%, with a rate that may make it more beneficial and with a better blended rate than if you do a separate high coupon 2nd. If your interested, let me know and I'll put you with my business partner who is our lead analyst and he'll give you a quick yes or no based on the parameters. Email me at scenario@centrixcapital.com
