Anyone have an idea where the best location might be for for homeowners in default in need of a hard money loan with at least 50% equity in property? Details would be great. Direct from county recorder? Prices? Lists?

| Defaults with 50% equity are probably 1 in a 1000, at best. |

| Go to wwww.foreclosures.com. It's $59 a month and you can do searches by county, with a filter of your choosing. For example, you can do a search of SFR's, with a minimum of 50% equity in the county of your choosing and it will bring those up. I'm not sure where "monarchdad" get his stats but I just checked 2 Florida counties and in the last 30 days, there are over 50 properties with 50% equity or more in foreclosure. |
