I am a broker in Michigan. I am looking for lenders that do not charge upfront fees except for normal upfront fees for appraisal etc. Also I am only looking for lenders with STATED INCOME/STATED ASSET programs. If you lend in Michigan and can do what I have listed here please email me with info on property types, LTV's. score needed, loan amounts etc.
