I have 10 + years experience and process Conventional & FHA loans.
Why use me compared to other processors?
What sets me apart from the rest? I will tell you:
1) I provide lender references
2) I can always be reached. Phone, email & Instant messenger. Even if it is late evening I return all calls/emails!
3) I treat each file as it was my own & look to expedite closing. I don't get paid if you don't!
4) I am available for any question you may have
5) I have extensive knowledge in the industry on Conventional and FHA.
6) I am a work horse and have quck turntime for new submissions. I work evenings & weekends to get the job done if necessary. You will never hear that I have too many files before yours!
7) I have origination background as well and understand that your clients need answers!
