| Lot of incentives, no closing cost, no HOA for 1 year , Higher sales prices and LOT OF FORECLOSURES STARTING in condominiuns just converted. How we can stop it ? |

The real question is why would you want to stop it?
What stops foreclosures is property values going up and people having a reason to preserve their equity.
I think we are making potential improvements with better appraisals, clearly defined interested party contributions, higher down payment or lower LTV's
Why is it ok to use financing incentives to sell a car but not a house?
