alright I typically don't beg however at this point I seriously need a bone. does anyone in the continuous 48 know of any way I can help a veteran get out of a jam.

| 1975 is gonna kill it and I'm assuming it's a singlewide. Your best bet is a local Veteran Pvt Investor |

You are in luck.
The Federal VA program does not have the usual June 15, 1976 build date requirement like just about every other lender on the planet.
Call around to find a lender that will go by Fed Va rules, not the lender's rules. I have closed these before. |
