Hello Everybody,
I have a client that fico score is 514 and his house is payed off in a good area in Downey CA. Comps are in the 500's. Wants a loan of $200,000.
Cash out.
LTV 40%
Owner occupied
Stated
Single Family Resident in LA County
Please let me know if you can do this. |
