Fannie does not allow noo non-warrantable.
Not to mention Effective June 1st MGIC will no longer issue MI on non-warrantable at all. Other MI companied either already have or will be following suit.

Not June 1st - Fannie already does not allow noo non-warrantable.
June 1st, MI goes away for all non-warrantable no matter what the occupancy

non-warrantable will be capped at 60%. CW and ING are the only big guys that i know of. i did one at 35% LTV purchase and rate was 7.25% on a 30 FRM.
