Fannie does not allow noo non-warrantable.

Not to mention Effective June 1st MGIC will no longer issue MI on non-warrantable at all. Other MI companied either already have or will be following suit.

So FNMAE will not allow second home for non-warrantable condo after june 1st? If the condo has 1 years minimun turned over and the HOA is not on developer hand, FMAE can do it?

Not June 1st - Fannie already does not allow noo non-warrantable.

June 1st, MI goes away for all non-warrantable no matter what the occupancy

non-warrantable will be capped at 60%. CW and ING are the only big guys that i know of. i did one at 35% LTV purchase and rate was 7.25% on a 30 FRM.
