WARNING, NEVER USE JUST MORTGAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEY HAVE MESSED UP many, many deals for my company! But this one takes the cake!!!!
NY, 85 ltv, 400K loan amount, stated/verified, 738 fico.
The deals closed,the hud was approved and we were told we are just waiting on the wire.
3 FULL DAYS go by and now they are telling us they won't fund the deal!!
Then we find out there "warehouse line" is provided through a completely different bank (not just mortgage) and then it is sold to citibank!!!!
They won't give us a reason that they can't fund the deal and now the buyer and seller want to sue my company and Just mortgage.
Just an FYI don't use them, they are nothing but problems!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| I have been told by people in my office to not use them. AE used to be cool, but basically ditched us. I was told they messed up a few deals. |
