Do you have to have a physical location in Arizona to get your broker license? I just started my company (no net branch BS) and am looking to apply in a few other states. I am in NY, I have sent in NJ's (need physical location), FL, PA, & CT.
I need to get Arizona on board- as I have a lot of old NY friends out there and they love it and are looking to get back into mortgages.
Thanks!

as an RI you are able to represent more than one company... how much do you charge for that? do you do per file or monthly? i am also looking for an RI in AZ. |

| AZ requires the RI be an employee (W2). You can be RI for more than one company, there is no written limit as far as I know. The RI has to show active involvement for the company and has to be present for state audits. |
