| I assume you mean stated because you can get full doc anywhere. Metrocities says they still do stated to a 90. |

| that what I mean...you cant get MI companies to insure them so you are pretty much capped at 80ltv right now...unless someone tells me otherwise |

MGIC still will up to 90% with a 680 score
BUT you have to get it into underwriting so they can order the MI before June 1st (will be gone then). It does not have to be clear to close, just registered with them by then. Most u/w will wait till the end, but they CAN order it earlier. Most will if requested.
