| not with an LTV over 80%. forget about fannie or freddie you will not get MI. FHA all day long with TBW. |

| yes there is a price hit of 1.5 but with that score he should be happy to even get a loan. |

FHA. I know Security Atlantic and Veterans mortgage are looking at scores under 580
|
