We have a broker license in Indiana and just got licensed in California. Countrywide, Freedom, Universal only accept bank licenses now.
Who is the best lender to use with online approvals, quick turn-times, reasonable stips, and great pricing.
Not asking for too much, am I ??? |

Flagstar, Indymac, Amtrust to name a few.
What you are saying does not make sense. I am a DRE broker, not a bank, and any of the companies that you mentioned above will do business with me. |
