| Was that 5.75% fixed or a 5/1. Every rate that has crossed my desk has been absolutely awful, I won't even quote them. |

5.75%, really? Jumbo arms go to ING. But 30 year FIXED JUMBO I HAVE NO IDEA- no FHA/ stimulus/ agency Jumbo crap--- Im in Ohio..
I believe only 3 homes over 500k in the entire state of Ohio have sold in the past 6 months...so what do I care about Jumbos anyway... |

| I keep quoting about 6.25% with 0 points...could get aggressive and get it down to 5.875% or 5.75% as a banker depending on the client... |
