I just had a loan that I had to withdraw from Citi because the borrower has been getting fined $50/day per car in his front yard (he's been getting hit w 10) for the past 6mos. Apparently he owes them close to $150k. He's been selling used cars in his front yard because "business has been slow". The county told him to get in compliance and he responds by putting a backhoe and tractor in his front yard for sale, gotta love rednecks. It's gonna take weeks to get this squared away with the magistrate of the county as to what the final bill is and to get a clear title.
Whatever, the borrower says he's not paying them a dime and Citi is curbing the SISA program this Friday which is a shame because he's 27yrs self employed, 744mid w spotless credit. |
