Hi. I need a lender for this loan.
Need 80% LTV, loan amount of 1.24 million..purchase price of 1.55 million. 760 scores, full doc, DTI of 43%, RI property, SFR, plenty of assets and reserves...purchase.

Stay away from the two responders. Wholesale AE have company e-mail and website Nancy does not have either.
You can go through Everbank. This was you are for dealing with a true wholesale lender and not a troll.
