I need a lender who will do cashout refi at 95%LTV on a mobile home in Spring Hill, Fl. Borrower has a 755 midscore and 23/33 DTI Retired and gets SS and annuity for income.

| You mean the late Long Beach Mortgage. You might be able to go FHA if it meets property guidelines. |

We are direct lenders, specializing in HUD code manufactured homes. We can do 95% cash out provided the mortgage is 0x30 for the last 12 months and remains current for the month due. The home must be on a permanent foundation and taxed as real property. Owner Occ and full doc only.

| I actually came to this post because I thought it was funny but Jackie is 100% correct if the home is a manufactured and has correct HUD tags. The things FHA will do! |

Assurity Financial Services lends on manufactured housing as it complies to HUD up to 95% LTV Cash out for double wide and single wide as long as they were built on or after June 15th 1976 and are on or will be on HUD approved foundation and taxed as real estate before the close of escrow.
