I too am looking for homes, if your investors are interested in Northern UT I have a lot of stuff that may work for them. Do they want to do lease backs, if so, I may have stuff here in San Diego and throughout Southern California as well.

I want to pay 10% of market value. If you find any at 10% or less, make sure to email me right away. I'll close quick!

I have a client looking to sell raw land up in Nor Cal (Santa Rosa) for $.40 on the $1. Anyone?

I'm serious, but don't expect a reply. If you do reply, please use my work email in my signature line.

I don't know why you guys are being so negative on this post. There are a lot of great buys in the market and people are picking things up for .50 to .60 on the dollar. I get stuff on a regular basis off of short sale and foreclosure that I add small value to and have made a great rate of return flipping it. I know it may sound like a funny question, but if you know where to look and how to work with the bank you can find some great deals. I send in tons of offers knowing that they will get countered or rejected, but quite often I get something for virtually nothing.

You answered your own question. You make offers to BANKS! So, why would someone come on this site and ask where to get these properties? We all know the banks own them!

Some people don't know where to find them. I can help him or anyone else find these properties and can make a great commission on the sale of the property as well. There are plenty of properties that I purchase at auction that we can make work for this scenario as well. This is a huge market and will really make a lot of people wealthy if they understand how to get into it.
