Hello group:
Seemingly hard to find - We are northeast situated, we need FHA in NJ, NY, Maryland will also be nice.
Reasonable compliance, variety of lenders that do below 580 scores. etc.
Seems hard to find?

I haven't found to many net branches, that have been around long enough to have a good reputation. Good feedback, and offer FHA in NY and NJ, would also like other states.
We have found some net branches, but we have no feedback, or poor feedback.

I am a pertner with First Interstate Financial we are one of the largest privately held mtg co in NJ. Licensed in 14 states and close over 750 mill per year. as much as 1.6 billion in 2003. We are interested in speaking with those of you who want a great "Loan Officer Friendly Company". I can say that and with confidence because 3 of the 4 owners are Loan Officer still sfter 20 years in business. We know what you need and evolved the co around the LO.

So these bankers offering net branching, are not being ethical?
I thought bankers were allowed, to offer net branches?
Many are licensed in Ny and offer net branching.

I can find out if my company has a net in NY , we recently merged with Arlington capital which had a nice presense in North Jersey and financed some deals in Manhattan and Long Island for owners who did second homes down the jersey shore |
