REHAB LOANS..RESID REHAB LOANS..STATED RESID REHAB LOANS. I need a lender(s) who specialize in this AREA or knows someone i can talk with.

I live in Louisiana and have a lot of business in New Orleans and, as you can imagine, there are a lot of homes that were gutted because there was 8 feet of water in them.
