I had a lot of success in the past using Double Positive leads. However the last two batches I bought were horrible. Everyone was 5.25% fixed or lower looking to get a lower fixed rate, also loan amounts were extremely small.

Anyone have any luck with other live transfer leads?

I used to use them a lot as well. I had a similar situation, lately I just have my LO's either sit on dialers with vintage leads or have telemarketers contact them. Same results, way less money spent.

Word on the street is that DP cherry picks...that could very well have been what you experienced.

We had the same issue with DP. My lo's didn't even want to take the live transfers after the first batch. very disappointing company

Their business model works like this.

They buy semi exclusive leads from other lead companies, they dont care how many times they have been sold prior to getting to DP.

From there they put all the leads into a queue, and have dialers run through the data.
Whenever, they have an interested person - they then transfer them over to the mortgage company.

The data the dialers transfer over is hammered and *****d out more than you can imagine.
So essentially, you are either getting crazy shoppers, or the most unrealistic scenarios.
