Looking for lowest rate.
$1.6MM No cash out 80% LTV in Rancho Santa Fe. Fico 724.
The first is $1MM Second is $600k, looking to consolidate the first and second into 1 note. Would like 30yr fixed, but is open to other options.

| instead of looking for the lowest rate, you should start with trying to find a single lender that will even bank this scenario. |
