Any brokers have lenders that will do this? You keep the fees! I just need it done ASAP.

Purchase (I only need a 2nd...the 1st is c2c)

Great suggestion!! But they take 10-15 days to underwrite and we're closing Friday. Thanks though!! :)

Have the customer check with his own bank for the second. They may be able to turn around a quick HELOC

I love how "we're closing Friday" is just thrown in there so matter-of-fact. GB is probably the only lender on the wholesale market right now who would do it if it's not an in-house combo. US Bank would have done it if the 1st was with them but you do not seem to have much time left to re-write the file. Sorry.

You may want to extend the closing date if you want it to close. Does the client have the rest of 20% down? If not then either move the closing back or no one will make money and be happy :-D

Huntington will. I agree most won't. It is worth a phone call though.

Really! I guess he is SOL and not closing Friday! By the way that sounds like a great deal. Let me jump in a file on a 2nd the last minute to make peanuts!!

even retail branches are taking forever, and at least for bofa, the max cltv is 85%
