I really really really need to place this mans 2nd loan with a lender that can get signed up quickly (I sold a harris product and rate when the bank wasnt signed up with my company, my AE said we were signed up and called me back after I had sold it then told me that we WERE NOT signed up).
801 Fico
80CLTV - 51% 1st and 29% 2nd
1st is 417k 2nd is 235k purch price is 815k
(The first is already placed but I would need a really good pricing to consider changing where i place the 1st.)

Full _ Doc self employed for 12yrs,2yrs business and personal returns

I am looking for a HELOC for the 2nd loan to be placed with.
I have signed contract and copy of check for $20k ernest money already put down.
Please respond quickly, I am trying to submit this by tomorrow morning.

| why dont you just get signed up with that other bank, nobody is doing stand alone 2nds anymore. |
