Purchase with 400k in reserves. Any ideas? We can't run it and get a VOE...keeps asking for paystub because of score.

| No clue. As of yesterday CITI cut alt-a back to 75% for OO properties, and that was pretty much the last company any wholesaler was using for alt-a stated loans. |

| Wachovia. You may need to use some of that 400K and put another 5% down, but their rate sheets today still have SIVA to 80% with that score. |
