| With First Horizon bailing out and TBW out of the construction to perm game...is the sky falling in this arena? Who is left to do these? What ltvs too please! |

| We're still doing them. 80% LTV with a 700 credit score and you can get to 95% with a 720 credit score (conforming loan amounts). |
